How we decide where to work
A partner asks first
We respond to requests from organisations already doing the work. We do not scout for projects.
It has to be psychotherapy or IT
If the need sits outside our two practices, we say so and try to refer it on.
Three terms of staffing, or not at all
A program only starts when we can see the volunteers and funding through its first year.
Handover is designed in
Equipment, training and documentation stay with the partner from day one.
